Create Space:
Terms and Conditions
Clarity is kindness.
These Terms & Conditions exist to bring clarity to everyone involved — to you, and to us. We believe that clear expectations from the start make space for trust. Take a few minutes to read through these terms so that you feel fully informed as you step into Create Space.
Effective Spring 2026
By enrolling in Create Space, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this document carefully before completing your enrollment. If you have questions, you're encouraged to reach out to MaryBeth Simon directly before submitting payment.
Create Space is owned and operated by Find Your More LLC.
1. Payment Terms
The enrollment fee for Create Space is $525 per cohort. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment, or you may choose to split your enrollment fee across 3 monthly payments. Your spot in the cohort is not confirmed until your first payment is received. If you select the payment plan, you agree to complete all 3 scheduled payments regardless of attendance, transfer, or cancellation, consistent with the terms that apply to participants who pay in full at enrollment.
2. Cancellation & Transfer Policy
In order to help us best prepare for each cohort, please email us if you are unable to participate in the program. If you notify us at least 7 days before the program start date, we can issue a credit for the full enrollment fee to use toward a future Create Space cohort. Within 7 days of the program start date, we are unable to offer credits. However, you are always welcome to transfer your spot to a friend. All Create Space enrollment fees are non-refundable.
Create Space reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In the event of a program cancellation initiated by Create Space, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
3. Photo & Video Release
By enrolling in Create Space, you grant MaryBeth Simon and Create Space permission to photograph and/or record video during program sessions. Images and footage may be used for marketing, social media, website content, and other promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify MaryBeth Simon in writing prior to your first session. Your preference will be honored fully and will have no impact on your participation in the program.
4. Community Confidentiality
Create Space is built on trust. What is shared in the room stays in the room.
Participants agree not to share identifying details, personal stories, disclosures, or any private information shared by other participants with anyone outside the group — whether in person, online, or on social media. This agreement extends beyond the duration of the program.
We ask that you protect the privacy of the women beside you the same way you would want yours protected. Violation of this agreement may result in removal from the program without refund.
5. Liability Waiver & Release
By enrolling in Create Space, you voluntarily agree to participate in all program sessions, which may include creative activities such as watercolor painting, sourdough baking, embroidery, candle making, photography, and mahjong, as well as guided self-discovery conversations held in person and via virtual format.
You acknowledge that participation in these activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to minor physical injury (burns, cuts, or allergic reactions from materials used) and emotional experiences arising from personal reflection or group sharing.
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless MaryBeth Simon, Find Your More LLC, and any affiliated instructors, venues, or partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising out of or related to your participation in the program, including any injury to person or property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
6. Special Accommodations
If you have known allergies, physical limitations, or health conditions that may be relevant to program activities, you are responsible for notifying MaryBeth Simon in advance.
If you are currently navigating a mental health condition, you're welcome to share any relevant context that would help us support you during the program. Create Space sessions involve guided self-reflection, and we want to make sure the experience feels safe and supportive for you. Create Space is not a substitute for professional mental health care — see Section 7 for more.
7. Program Scope & Limitations
Create Space is a creative community program designed to support self-discovery, connection, and personal exploration. It is not a therapeutic, clinical, or mental health program, and participation does not constitute a therapist-client relationship of any kind.
The self-discovery elements of the program are intended to be reflective and supportive in nature. If you are currently navigating significant mental health challenges, Create Space encourages you to work alongside a licensed mental health professional. Create Space does not replace professional therapeutic support.
8. Code of Conduct
Create Space is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. By enrolling, you agree to engage with fellow participants, instructors, and program facilitators with kindness and respect.
Create Space reserves the right to remove any participant from the program whose behavior is deemed harmful, disruptive, or inconsistent with the values of the community. Removal under these circumstances does not entitle the participant to a refund.
9. Intellectual Property
The Create Space program, including its methodology, curriculum, session design, written materials, and branding, is the intellectual property of Find Your More LLC. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use Create Space materials, frameworks, or content for commercial purposes without express written permission.
Creative work you produce during sessions (paintings, embroidery, baked goods, etc.) belongs to you.
10. Communications
By enrolling, you consent to receive program-related communications via email and/or text message, including welcome materials, scheduling updates, and community platform invitations (Heartbeat).
11. Eligibility
Create Space is open to participants ages 18 and older.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
